W00_01_45-000B-Unused screen(No upper screen exists, but it’s listed in ”Sub”, so it was in the game at one point,setting the upper screen will freeze the game)

W00_02_00-0014-weird. Goes straight to results screen

W09_01_26 – 014F – Some weird room. Everythings black, so level boundaries cannot be seen. Maybe for an cutscene, but went unused?
W10_01_02-0161-unused intersection room. It used to sit between W10_01_01 and W10_01_03. Were very possible that it were to contain some enemies, treasure, or whatever. No idea why it’s entrance point were removed though.
Status:Playable, but the entrances doesn’t seem to work.
W10_03_08-017B-The same room used for the cutscenes and the final(and easy) phase of the final boss fight, except for a few differences; located at the upper left part of the room is Tiaramisu(a.k.a Terrormisu), along with two pieces of the Wishstone, which just sits there doing nothing but animating. At the bottom left part is the door, which seems to be enterable, but can’t be opened because the Crimson Gem is missing. It also appears in front of Wario whenever he walks past it.
W21_01_16-0193-Special Episode part 1, room 16. The very same room, but with no music. Collision boundary is also wrong. Seems unused
W21_10_01-0197-Hat save screen. There’s no hat saves in the special episodes anyways, so this goes unused.
W24_10_01 – 01B5 – Hat save screen. There’s no hat saves in the special episodes anyways, so this goes unused.
W26_10_01 – 01D7 – Hat save screen. There’s no hat saves in the special episodes anyways, so this goes unused.
W27_10_01 – 01EE – Hat save screen. There’s no hat saves in the special episodes anyways, so this goes unused.
W30_03_03 – 0209 – Wishstone piece room. Is not used.
W30_10_01 – 020B – Hat save screen. There’s no hat saves in the special episodes anyways, so this goes unused.
W50_01_02 – 020F – unused paint picture minigame.
W50_01_03 – 0210 – unused paint picture minigame.
W50_01_04 – 0211 – unused paint picture minigame.
W50_02_01 – 0212 – unused maze minigame, but japanese text is written over it, making it a little hard to clear.
W50_03_01 – 0214 – unused trace minigame.
W50_03_02 – 0215 – unused trace minigame.
W59_09_01 – 0222 – Unused Minigame. An nose with glasses sits on a platform with red, green, and blue lights above it. The purpose with this minigame would’ve been that players were to make it do something by tapping the arrows(graphics for the arrows are blacked out, perhaps due to an bug) on the sides of the bars, altering the color of the lights, and when the player assumes he/she got the lightning right, the OK icon would be tapped, and the nose would start performing(whatever the developers had in mind before they scrapped it). Depending on how the lights were set, the nose would either trip off the platform, resulting in a failure, or successfully perform, and the minigame would be cleared. The minigame doesn’t work, as it had barely been started

ITEM SHOP – 02E9 – Sets what items the player has obtained. Controls are on the screen, so no need to explain them.
FLAG SHOP – 02EA – Blanked out(with the purple background), with only a single ”!” in the top left corner. Might have been used during development to set values that affects things in the game, like progress, treasures obtained, and maybe even more debugging functions than what is offered in the final games Debug Menu.
RANK SHOP – 02EB – Let’s the player set what kind of Disguises he wants. Controls are on the screen, so no need to explain them
MAP256 – 02EC – Leads to a black screen and freezes the game. Was likely removed early on during development. But it’s tileset appears to be left(well, most of it), according to a tile dump i did of this screen, so it was some sort of map screen at one point.
EKAKI – 02ED – Maybe an screen used for promotion of the game. Some Japanese symbol graphics which scrolls at the black bar on bottom had their graphics overwritten/removed.(though a few are still quite intact, even the ones that appear in the middle of the screen)
TITLE – 02EE – Beta title screen, with an older model of Wario. touch the blinking nose to progress, with the top screen switching to an basic explanation screen, like how to move Wario, and all that. however, this screen never appears in the final game, and the weird thing is, is that the background on the top screen has some text artwork saying ”WARIO ARK”. could this mean that the game was going to be a Wario Land game, instead of all the disguise babble that were used in the final product? we may never know.
ENDO_TEST – 02EF – goes to black, nothing happens.
AOYAMA_TEST – 02F0 – Visuals test. were perhaps used to see how sprites animated in the game. Wario is nowhere to be seen, enemies are frozen in place, animating, and the only thing one can control is the view.
MAEDA_TEST – 02F1 – goes to black, nothing happens.
NAKAJIMA_TEST – 02F2 – Visuals test. were perhaps used to see how sprites animated in the game. Wario is nowhere to be seen, enemies are frozen in place, animating, and the only thing one can control is the view.
KOUYAMA_TEST – 02F3 – goes to black, nothing happens.
